Country Farm Organics Membership and Reward Points
Terms & Conditions

1. Membership
1. To be eligible for Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “Country Farm Organics/CFO”) points, you must register as a CFO member. Register Here
2. Upon successful registration, members will receive an automatic credit of 100 points.
3. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
4. Country Farm Organics membership is offered as a lifetime membership.
5. Membership is categorized into three tiers: Seed, Root, and Bloom.
6. The membership tier is determined based on accumulated spending:
a. Seed: RM0 – RM299
b. Root: RM300 – RM499
c. Bloom: RM500 and above
7. Country Farm Organics Reward Points Validity:
a. CFO points are valid for twelve (12) calendar months from the date of issuance and expire on the last day of the twelfth month. (For example, points issued in January will remain valid until January 31 of the following year).
b. If annual spending does not meet the required Qualified Annual Spending threshold, all accumulated points will expire and be considered void.
c. Bloom Membership Validity: Membership in the Bloom tier is valid for twelve (12) calendar months starting from the date of upgrade. To maintain this tier, members must reach the required spending threshold within this period. Failing to meet the threshold will result in an automatic downgrade to the Root tier.
d. Membership Upgrades: Members in the Seed or Root tiers will be automatically upgraded to higher tiers if they meet the spending requirements during their membership period.
e. Membership Downgrades: Bloom members who do not meet the spending threshold within twelve (12) calendar months starting from the date of upgrade, will be automatically downgraded to the Root tier.
8. Members can update their personal information via their Account page or by contacting Country Farm Organics CRM Department at enquiry@countryfarmorganics.com.
9. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to utilize member information for marketing and promotional purposes.
10. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for newsletters that are undelivered or lost in transit.
11. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any disputes related to the application or use of Country Farm Organics membership will be resolved solely by Country Farm Organics, and all decisions will be final.
2. Reward Point Collection
1. Points are awarded based on spending on the Country Farm Organics official website (www.countryfarmorganics.com):
a. Seed Members: RM1.00 = 1.00 point
b. Root Members: RM1.00 = 2.00 points
c. Bloom Members: RM1.00 = 5.00 points
d. *Family (Staff/Berjaya subsidiaries): RM1.00 = 1.00 point
2. Points are calculated based on the net payment amount after deducting any vouchers, rebates, or promotional discounts. Seasonal promotions may affect the rate of point accumulation. [e.g.: A customer purchased CFO products at the total amount of RM300.00. After deducting the voucher discount of RM100.00, the actual and net payment is RM200.00. There will be a 200.00 CFO points rewarded.]
3. Points will be credited to the member’s account only once the order has been delivered.
4. The point collection program is exclusively applicable to purchases made through the Country Farm Organics official website (www.countryfarmorganics.com)
5. CFO points are valid for twelve (12) calendar months from the date of issuance and expire on the last day of the twelfth month. [eg., points issued in January will remain valid until January 31 of the following year.] [Kindly refer to statement 1.7.a]
6. Points are NOT redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
7. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to forfeit points if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, incorrect recordings, or transactions that have been cancelled or refunded.
8. Certain items are NOT eligible for point collection, including (but not limited to):
a. Goods return/exchange
b. Delivery charges
c. Services charges
d. Malaysia Goods and Services Tax (GST) [if applicable]
e. Stamp duty & Easy Payment interest
f. Tickets (Activities, Workshop, Seminar, etc.)
g. Point Redemption
h. Events Promotion
i. Product(s) purchased from retail, dealer and reseller.
j. Product(s) purchased out of Country Farm Organics website.
*Other exclusions may be prescribed by Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. at its discretion.
9. Members can also earn points through other activities:
a. Account Registration: 100 points
b. Referral Link Signup: 30 points
c. Referral Purchase: 50 points
10. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify the point collection program at any time, with notice.
3. Reward Point Redemption
1. Members can redeem points for instant rebates on purchases upon check out, subject to terms determined by Country Farm Sdn. Bhd.
2. Redemption is available for transactions with a minimum cart value of RM60.
3. Points redemption conversion rate: 100 points = RM1.00.
4. The redemption rate is at CFO’s discretion, and changes may occur during promotions.
5. Points will be automatically deducted from the member’s account upon successful redemption.
6. Expired points CANNOT be redeemed, and requests for redemption of expired points will not be accepted.
7. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to deny redemption if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, discrepancies, or unauthorized transactions.
8. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change these redemption terms at any time without prior notice. Members are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
4. Privacy Policy
1. The membership application process may require the collection of personal data to facilitate account management and enhance our services.
2. Applicants must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in the denial of membership.
3. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. treats personal data with the utmost confidentiality and processes it in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
